Our Story

Since 1976, P&P Small Engines has been serving the needs of homeowners and lawn care professionals in greater Des Moines and over Central Iowa . Our family-run business has grown to be one of the area's largest dealers in the outdoor power equipment market, featuring the latest models of top-selling power equipment brands including Cub Cadet, STIHL, Husqvarna, Ferris, and more. Our trained, certified technicians are a huge asset to outdoor power equipment users of Iowa; no issue is too big or small to be diagnosed and repaired by our team. 

 

Our Shop

Located at 2715 East University Avenue near the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, our shop is home to all the latest models of outdoor power equipment, including mowers, snow throwers, zero-turns, tractors, and other equipment homeowners and lawn care professionals need to keep their operations running smoothly. Schedule service appointments for your equipment at our shop, where our trained, certified technicians will use their expertise to diagnose and repair your outdoor power equipment. Our shop is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday from 9am-1pm.
