Step 2
Check tire pressure in all tires and set to recommended pressure. Place the deck lift lever in the middle height position.
Step 3
Rotate the blades so they are parallel to the lawn mower.
Step 4
Using a deck leveling guage (42-095) measure the height of the front blade tip to the ground. Next, measure the height of the rear blade tip to the ground. Front tip should be 1/8"-1/4" lower than the rear blade tip. Refer to your operator's manual for proper height differences between front and rear.
Step 5
Adjust the deck by loosening the hex lock nut on the front deck hanger rod. Raise or lower the front of the deck by adjusting the inner hex nut. Once the deck is at the proper level, tighten the lock nut to secure.
Step 6
Wearing gloves for protection, level the deck using your deck leveling guage (42-095) from side to side by rotating the blades perpendicular to the lawn mower. Measure the height of the blade tips on each side of the deck from the ground.
Step 7
Raise or lower the deck by loosening the hex bolt on the left hangar bracket. When both blade tips have the same measurement from the ground, tighten the hex bolt.
Combining temperature control with innovative heat distribution, a green mountain grill is top of the line. The grill's motor turns its auger, feeding wood pellets into the firebox. A heat rod ignites those pellets and a variable speed fan keeps them burning while the vertical vents of the Venturi-style firebox create a burn pot cyclone of air flow to provide maximum heat and complete pellet combustion for minimal waste.
The Green Mountain Grill heat shield equally distributes heat to both sides of the grill, and an interior sensor sends data to the grill's computer ten times per second so that air and pellet flow remain at the exact temperature you've set for grilling perfection.
Each Green Mountain Grill is outfitted to keep you at the top of the neighborhood grilling competition, including:
Made of 100% kiln-dried sawdust that never reaches the floor, Green Mountain Grill pellets last longer than standard size pellets thanks to their larger diameter. Providing ease and convenience, versatility, consistency, and a better taste, these pellets produce minimal ash for an easy clean up while providing a higher BTU content for long burns.
